Delivery Policy
General Terms of Delivery:
1. "Award.net" (“we” or “us”) provides online ordering service through the website (https://www.anward.net) (“Our Site”). For any delivery enquiry, please contact our customer service directly at info@anward.net.
2.Once you have placed an order on Our Site, you are deemed to have accepted all of our terms and conditions under this Delivery Policy. Please note this Delivery Policy is not applicable to orders requiring delivery to any address in Mainland China. For any queries, please contact our customer service directly at info@anward.net. We have the right to change any the terms of this Delivery Policy without your consent nor giving you any prior notice. You may obtain the latest version of our Delivery Policy by visiting us at https://www.anward.net.
3.Our Site only serves to display products, prices and other relevant information of the products. We may from time to time update the price and/or any other information relating to the products without any prior notice. We endeavor to ensure the accuracy of information on Our Site, we reserve our rights to withdraw or delete any contents, and to amend any errors from time to time.
4.For bulk order of the same product, you may contact us directly for special delivery arrangement.
5.Delivery shall be arranged after we have confirmed receipt of your payment.
6.You shall provide us with complete and accurate information of delivery address and contact telephone number. We shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery, lost parcel, additional shipping expenses arising out of and/or any losses caused by your failure to provide such complete and accurate delivery information.
7.By logging into Our Site with your account name and password, you may check the status of your order and the related details.
8.When you place an order from Our Site and the delivery address is located outside of Hong Kong, you shall be deemed to be the importer of record of the relevant region/country. You shall be solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws, regulations and requirements of the relevant region/country where your order will be delivered to. You shall hold us harmless of all liabilities and you shall fully indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all direct or indirect or consequential losses and damages arising from your non-compliance of the relevant laws/regulations. You shall enquire with the relevant local customs office to find out all applicable laws/regulations before placing your order with us as the laws/regulations of each country/region varies.
9.In the event your product is returned as a result of your failure to pay such applicable customs, duties, taxes and/or levies, or for any other reasons not caused by our negligence, you shall be responsible to pay for the original shipping/delivery charges, our fees and expenses for such return shipment and you shall also pay to us our handling fee being a sum equal to 20% of the total purchase price of the products. We reserve the right to deduct all amounts owing to us including but not limited to all delivery/shipping charges, all such return shipment expenses, and our handling fee from your payment. Upon deduction of all relevant sums owing to us, we shall refund the remaining amount to the same credit card used or the original payment account used at the time of purchase or through any other means we consider appropriate. All refunds are subject to the processing time of financial institutions.
10.You shall assume all risks of losses or damages to the products from the time we notify you that your order is available for collection or when we deliver your order to the carrier, whichever is earlier.
11.Delivery service may be affected by inclement weather conditions. If you wish to check the delivery status of your order, you may log into your member account and check the message center for the latest order delivery arrangements, or contact our customer service at info@anward.net or call us at +852 9388-8462.
12.In the event of any force majeure event, including but not limited to, any strikes, lock-out, industrial actions, natural disasters, riot, terrorism, pandemics, epidemic and embargo which either causes delay in delivery of your order or your order may not be delivered, our failure to perform any terms and/or any of our obligations under this Delivery Policy shall not constitute a breach of this Delivery Policy.
13.If the product you have ordered is too large in size to be delivered, we shall inform you by phone or email for alternative delivery arrangement before we deliver your order.
14.We do not provide any self-pick up service at any store.
15.We reserve all our rights to amend any terms and conditions to this Delivery Policy.
16.In case of any dispute, we shall have the right to make the final decision.
17.If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version of this Delivery Policy, the English version shall prevail (unless otherwise indicated).
18.This Delivery Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. If there is any disputes arising from this Delivery Policy, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts of Hong Kong.
19.Any person, firm, company or body who is not a party to this Delivery Policy has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term of this Delivery Policy.
Terms Applicable to Hong Kong and Macau Customers:
1.Upon successful completion of your order and payment process on our Site, you shall receive a confirmation email from us confirming we have received your order. For any products stored in storage, we endeavor to process your order as soon as possible, the earliest date of dispatch will be within the same day of receipt of your order. In any event, your order shall be dispatched no later than within 7 working days of receiving of your order. If the product you ordered is out of stock or has been discontinued, we shall notify you by way of email to arrange for a refund.
2.The amount of refund shall be the amount you have previously paid for the product, excluding other kinds of expenses.
3.Once your order has been dispatched, you shall receive an email with the waybill number for your order which you may use to track the location of the products and the status of your delivery with the relevant carrier. You understand and accept the timeliness of your delivery may be affected by external circumstances caused by customs or other logistical delays.
4.Any customer using a Hong Kong delivery address shall be entitled to free delivery service for any purchase over the sum of HK$400. For any purchase less than the sum of HK$400, we shall charge you for delivery service and we shall use Cash on Delivery Service offered by SF Express. You may also choose to pick up your order via SF Express Pickup Point (only available for customers with purchase of HK$400 or more). Please refer to the official website of SF Express for the latest locations of Pickup Point and the information on the official website of SF Express shall prevail.

5.Any customer using a Macau delivery address shall be entitled to free delivery service for any purchase over the sum of HK$600. For any purchase less than the sum of HK$600, we shall charge you for delivery service and we shall use Cash on Delivery Service offered by SF Express or Tin Tin Express. For any purchase over the sum of HK$600, you may choose to pick up your order via SF Express Pickup Point. Please refer to the official website of SF Express for the latest locations of Pickup Point and the information on the official website of SF Express shall prevail.
6.Free shipment terms are only available to orders with delivery address located in Hong Kong or Macau.
