"Anward.net" (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy of the personal data (“Personal Data”) we collect from you. For the purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), the term “Personal Data” has the meaning ascribed to it under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486).  

In order for us to provide you with our service made available to you under the domain and subdomains of www.anward.net, all operated by us (“Websites”), it is necessary for us to collect, hold, process, and/or use the Personal Data we collect from you.

We set out in this Privacy Policy the treatment of Personal Data we collect and receive from you when you use our service.

1.We collect personally identifiable information and data from you when you register an account with us, including but not limited to your name, contact information such as email address, telephone number, mailing address and other information that may not be publicly available. Your Personal Data shall be carefully protected against misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or unauthorized disclosure.

2.We do not store any of your credit or debit or other charge cards information.

3.In order for us to provide you with our service, you agree to us using your Personal Data and information for the confirmation of your order and/or communication with you about your transactions. We will also use your Personal Data we collected from you to provide, maintain, protect and improve our service.

4.The use of your Personal Data is solely for the purpose of providing you products and customer service. 5.You acknowledge and accept that your delivery package is subject to opening and inspection by the relevant customs and/or postal authorities, and/or at the request of other local governments, law enforcements and regulatory authorities.

6.Under no circumstances shall we sell your Personal Data to any third party for the protection of your privacy.

7.With your consent or your indication of no objection, we may use your Personal Data (such as your name and contact details) for direct marketing purpose such as announcing to you our latest products and services including special offers. If you change your mind and do not wish to receive direct marketing information in the future, you just need to notify us by sending an email to service@anward.net indicating that you no longer wish to receive marketing information from us. After receiving your objection to direct marketing, we will stop sending marketing information to you. You can change your mind about receiving this marketing information at any time.

8.We may use cookies or similar technologies to collect data (such as IP address, browser settings, browser history and/or historical data of other internet sites) about you when you visit our Websites in order for us to achieve certain features, some of which are essential for your purchase and for you to access secured areas of Websites for payment process purposes. A cookie is a small computer file that our Websites send and place on your hard drive or mobile device that will assist us in providing our service. Most are "session cookies", which will be automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session. The information we obtained by using cookies may not contain your Personal Data. Though we may obtain data of your computer or other electronic devices, it may not be able to identify you. As a result of collecting a mixture of personal data and non-personal data from you, we shall treat all relevant information as personal data under the Privacy Policy. You can always modify your browser settings to decline acceptance of our cookies, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on our Websites or other websites for payment process purposes.

9.As with most websites, some of our cookies are used to keep track of how visitors use our Websites, for example, shopping patterns. In conjunction with web server’s log files, we will be able to get feedbacks and thus constantly improve our service and provide better user experience. These cookies do not collect any personal information and we do not generally store personal information from cookies.

You further acknowledge the provision of their links on our Websites does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or any form of association by or with us. 14.If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail (unless otherwise indicated).

15.The Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong. If there is any disputes arising from this the Privacy Policy, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts of Hong Kong.

16.Any person, firm, company or body who is not a party to this Privacy Policy has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term of this Privacy Policy.
