"Anward.net" (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy of the personal data (“Personal Data”) we collect from you. For the purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), the term “Personal Data” has the meaning ascribed to it under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486).

16.Any person, firm, company or body who is not a party to this Privacy Policy has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term of this Privacy Policy.
