Refund policy

Policy for Returns/Exchange of Products

 

1."Anward.net" (“we” or “us”) only accepts returns/exchange of products for reasons of product flawed or quality defect, incorrect distribution, wrong size and/or the colour of the product is inconsistent with the description on our website. We do not accept returns/exchange of products for any other reasons.

 

2.All returned / exchanged products shall be unused and that the products must be in the same condition as when they were received by you. The product shall be intact in its original package. This includes but not limited to the product being unused, unwashed, unstained and/or unmodified. You shall return to us all original packing including but not limited to boxes of the products, packing boxes, original labels, tags, certification documents, manufacturer guarantee documents, manuals, gifts, all accessories and etc.. Any gifts received by you shall be returned to us in the condition when they were received. Any gifts that cannot be returned, we shall have the right to request you to pay for the price of the gifts.

 

3.No return/ exchange for discounted products and specified products.

 

4.Our acceptance for an exchange is dependent on the availability of the requested replacement product. If you have successfully registered your product for our Online Warranty Registration, your product shall not be accepted for returns/exchange.

 

5.If you apply for product exchange, you must write to us by way of email at info@anward.net within 7 days (Hong Kong area)/ 14 days (overseas areas) upon receipt of your products.

 

6.You must provide the following information for your return/ exchange of products request: -

 

  • receipts or proof of purchase;
  • pictures of the products; and
  • details of returns/exchange products.

 

We shall notify you of our decision to your request for returns/exchange by way of email on the following working day of Hong Kong. You agree that our decision is final. If your request for return is approved and authorized by us, we shall notify you where to send your returns/exchange items to. Any returns/exchange without our approval and authorization will be rejected or deemed invalid.

 

7.You shall be responsible for all delivery or redelivery shipping charges, duties and/or tariffs and/or all relevant tax arising out of return/exchange and/or redelivery of your products. You agree that we may directly deduct from the refund amount to settle any unpaid returns/exchange expenses.

 

8.In the event the returned products do not meet the returns/exchange requirements in Clause 2 upon receipt, we have a right to reject your returns/exchange request and/or any related claims for damages.

 

9.If you have applied for a refund of returned products, and we have successfully approved your request, we shall within 3 working days arrange for a refund of the relevant amount (after deducting the amount referred to in Clause 7) to the same credit card used or the original payment account used at the time of purchase or through any other methods we consider appropriate.

 

10.If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Policy for Returns/Exchange of Products, the English version shall prevail (unless otherwise indicated).

 

11.This Policy for Returns/Exchange of Products is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. If there is any disputes arising from this Policy for Returns/Exchange of Products, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

 

12.Any person, firm, company or body who is not a party to this Policy for Return/ Exchange of Products has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term of this Policy for Return/ Exchange of Products.
